Our poetry podcast is dedicated to celebrating the voices of our contributors and encouraging others to work on their craft. We believe in the power of inspiration to bring people together and create incredible moments, and we want to create spaces where people can share what inspires them.

    Contributor Guidelines

    Before performing on our show, please review these guidelines. If you have any questions, please email calliopepoetrypodcast@gmail.com.

    1) You must be 18 years or older to sign our contract.
    2) Your work MUST BE ORIGINAL to you and free of AI assistance. (Generation, Outlining, etc.)
    3) Your work must be free of hate speech or any discriminatory language.
    Hate speech is defined as hate speech, speech or expression that denigrates a person or persons on the basis of (alleged) membership in a social group identified by attributes such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, physical or mental disability, and others. Typical hate speech involves epithets and slurs, statements that promote malicious stereotypes, and speech intended to incite hatred or violence against a group.
    4) Your work must not infringe any copyright or trademark, any intellectual property rights, or violate any laws*.

    *If your poem is published or pending publication, please ensure you have the right to read it without breaking any existing contracts.

    Contracts will be provided to contributors upon completion of the signup process on the day of the event.
